Network Security & Compliance Undertaking

To safeguard network security and compliant operation, and to maintain a healthy internet environment, you undertake that in using the cloud computing services provided by this platform (the "Platform") — including but not limited to Alibaba Cloud International, Tencent Cloud International, and Amazon Web Services — you will comply with the laws and policies of the People's Republic of China and execute the following terms:

I. Information dissemination

• 1. You undertake not to use the Platform to distribute electronic advertisements or spam, nor to send unsolicited or unpermitted bulk messages (including but not limited to advertising, promotional material, or content that is reactionary, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful).
• 2. You undertake not to publish, store, or disseminate through the Platform any information that violates PRC law or public order and morals, including but not limited to: political or news content that contravenes state provisions; information involving state secrets and/or security; obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, terrorist, or crime-instigating information; involvement in illegal internet publishing such as private servers and game plug-ins; information violating ethnic or religious policy or harming national unity; information that obstructs network operation security; information infringing others' lawful rights; and any other content violating laws, regulations, departmental rules, or state policy.

II. Resource usage

• 3. You undertake not to use the Platform services for virtual host subletting, disk space rental, illegal proxy servers, or mail servers (SMTP is disabled by default unless the Platform grants written permission).
• 4. You undertake not to use Platform resources for cryptocurrency mining or similar activity, nor to maliciously or excessively consume CPU, memory, bandwidth, or storage, so as not to place abnormal load on or interrupt the Platform and other users' services.

III. Network security

• 5. You undertake not to carry out or attempt any act that breaches or attempts to breach network security, including but not limited to phishing, hacking, online fraud, spreading viruses, trojans or malicious code, or using virtual servers to scan, sniff, ARP-spoof, DDoS, or otherwise attack other websites or servers.
• 6. You undertake not to alter or attempt to alter Platform system configuration, nor to compromise the security or stability of the Platform or other users' systems.
• 7. You undertake not to use the Platform services to resell any form of protection service, such as DDoS mitigation or DNS protection.
• 8. You undertake not to circumvent network censorship or unlawfully obtain inappropriate information from outside the mainland for users within it.
• 9. You undertake not to unlawfully intrude into others' networks, interfere with their normal operation, or steal network data, nor to develop, disseminate, or provide any related malicious programs or tools. If you become aware of such activity by others, you will not provide them any form of support or assistance.

IV. Compliance responsibility

• 10. You undertake to strictly comply with laws, the Platform terms of service, and all applicable compliance requirements, and not to use the Platform services for any illegal, non-compliant, or contrary-to-public-morals activity.
• 11. If you breach this undertaking, the Platform may take measures including but not limited to suspending or terminating service and removing information. If a third party institution or individual raises a query or complaint, the Platform will notify you, and you must explain and provide supporting evidence within the stated period. If you fail to respond in time or provide valid evidence, the Platform may take direct action.
• 12. If the Platform cannot reach you because you failed to update your contact details or the details you gave are incorrect, this is deemed a waiver of your right to explain or appeal, and you bear all resulting responsibility and consequences.

V. Final statement

You have fully understood and agree that, as the provider of cloud computing resources, the Platform provides infrastructure and compliance management only, and bears no responsibility for the actions you take using its services. All legal liability, economic loss, and adverse consequences arising from your use of the Platform are yours alone.

Important notice

By using this service you confirm that you have read and agree to the Network Security and Compliance Undertaking. Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to compromise network security, or to infringe the rights of others. Violations may result in service suspension, with all responsibility borne by the user.
