Terms of Service
What we provide and what we expect — written down rather than argued later.
Last updated: 2026-10-01
Scope of service
This site provides assistance opening cloud vendor accounts, payment intermediation and top-up, technical consultation, and operations support. We are a cloud partner and payment intermediary — not the owner of the cloud resources, and not the operator of the business inside your account.
Account opening and security
- You must be of legal adult age in your country or region to use the service.
- No personal identity documents and no personal credit card are required; we handle account opening and payment verification, and settle the bill for you.
- You warrant that the registration and contact information you provide is accurate and current, and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for all activity in the account and for keeping your contact details reachable.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or lent to third parties without written consent.
Your responsibilities
- Comply with the vendor’s terms and applicable law; do not use the resources for unlawful activity.
- You are fully responsible for content and business conducted in the account, and must act on policy notices promptly.
- Confirm renewals before each billing cycle ends, so services are not interrupted.
- Accounts and payment services are not for resale or subletting to third parties.
Downtime and disclaimers
Availability of the underlying cloud resources is the vendor’s responsibility; our target is 99.95%. Where latency or outages arise from vendor faults, upstream capacity, network conditions, or force majeure, we help investigate and file appeals, but we do not indemnify indirect losses arising from them.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes are announced on-site or by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
