What we collect
- Information you provide: email, contact details, order records, and the account information required to provision with the vendor.
- Order-related information: vendor, account, configuration, amount, and payment records.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and page access logs, used for troubleshooting and security.
How we use it
To fulfil orders (provisioning accounts, settling payments, providing support), respond to your enquiries, and prevent abuse and secure our systems. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for marketing unrelated to your orders.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your cloud account password, SSH private keys, API keys, or one-time verification codes. Anyone claiming to act on our behalf and requesting these is not us.
Retention and third parties
Order records are retained as required by law, generally 3 years after the transaction, with financial and tax documents kept per local regulation. Information is shared with cloud vendors and payment providers only to the extent needed to perform the order.
Your rights
You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to request account closure, except where the law requires otherwise.
